We have team members on hand for you to call when you require systems assistance. Choose your hours per month, it might be 1 hour or 10. These can be used when required or saved up for six months to roll out a new Zoho app, write a report, create a dashboard, or used to train new staff members. We are only a call away!

Includes:

  • Zoho certified and Monday.com certified team who personally use the applications daily

  • Monday to Friday 9-5pm local support

    • 'How to' support across the apps and general advice

    • First level support on errors or issues

    • Guidance and assistance on getting technical support for larger issues

  • Select how many hours a month subscription you would like

  • Hours can be rolled over for a maximum of six months, so you can 'save' them up and use as required

  • Each months hours have a six month validity
