With over 30 years of varied administrative experience, I joined JM Virtual Business Services in March 2023. I have a background in Customer service, relationship management and bookkeeper, among other general administration.

I am a qualified bookkeeper with working knowledge of Xero, Quickbooks, and MYOB, including bank reconciliations and payroll. I have extensive experience in the administrative and accounts field and excel in customer service. My passion is building and maintaining business rapport with both internal and external customers.
When I'm not working, I enjoy writing (novels), spending time with my children (all fully grown now) and playing with my dog (who is never going to be fully grown.)
