No two businesses are alike, and I will treat any business as my own, to ensure its success. Having worked in many different industries for over 20 years, like manufacturing, distribution, and hospitality, you learn to wear many different hats. The one thing I pride myself in is building a relationship with various key stakeholders.

Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.

What I like to see, is for our customers to succeed. With many years in customer service, it is my goal to make sure the customer is satisfied. If there is a need for continuous improvement, I will openly communicate this, whether it be for the client or myself.

Pursuing my own ambitions, my journey took me back to study for a Diploma of Business Administration, which I have completed two months ahead of schedule.

When I’m not working hard being a VA, I like to take time out and spend it with my family and my dog. I enjoy long walks, as this helps me reset and find balance.
